How it works

Four steps. Most of the work is ours.

The reason websites take a year is almost never the building. It is the waiting. So here is exactly what we need from you, when we need it, and what happens if it is late.

Step 01 Two minutes

Pick a package

Choose the tier that fits, tell us about the business, and pay a deposit to book your slot. You will see your start date before you pay anything.

What we need from you: Two minutes and a few details.

Step 02 Within 14 days

Send us your content

We send a guided form with worked examples — not a blank page. If writing is the part you have been stalling on, we will write it for you instead.

What we need from you: Answer the form, or hand it to us.

Step 03 Week one

See it, then shape it

You see the home page design early and say yes before we build the rest. Then two rounds of changes on the full site.

What we need from you: One review, then one more.

Step 04 On the agreed date

Go live

We launch, hand over every login, and record a short video showing you how to update your own site.

What we need from you: Nothing. Watch the video when you have ten minutes.

The one rule

The clock starts when your content arrives.

Your build time starts the day your content arrives. Content is due within 14 days of kick-off — after that we pause and re-book you into the next available slot.

That is not us being difficult. A build that waits months for photos is how these projects go wrong for everyone — you have paid and have nothing, and we have a slot we cannot give to anyone else. Naming the date up front is what keeps the price where it is.

Questions about the process

Straight answers.

I do not have the words or the photos.

Most people do not, and it is the single most common reason a website project stalls. We send a guided form with worked examples rather than a blank page, and if writing is the part you keep avoiding, we will write it for you as an add-on. Photography we can brief and coordinate for you.

How long does it really take?

Two to five weeks depending on the package — and the clock starts the day your content arrives, not the day you pay. That is the honest version. A build that waits three months for photos is the normal way these projects go wrong, so we set a content deadline up front and hold both of us to it.

Can I update it myself afterwards?

Yes, for the everyday things — text, photos, prices, hours, staff, opening times. We record a short handover video walking through your site specifically, so you are not left with a generic manual.

What if I do not like the design?

You see the home page design early — before we build the rest — so if the direction is wrong we find out in week one, not week three. From there you get two rounds of changes, and extra rounds have a published price if you want them.
