Why we offer it
A website is not finished at launch. Software needs updating, hosting needs paying for, certificates expire, and at some point you will want to change your prices on a Sunday evening. The care plan means none of that becomes your problem.
It is genuinely optional. Or we hand you the keys and you host it yourself. Both are genuinely fine. If you have someone who already handles your hosting, keep them — we will hand over cleanly and it will not affect anything else.
What it is not
- It is not a lock-in. Cancel any time and the site stays yours.
- It is not a rebuild plan — significant new pages or features are quoted separately.
- It is not marketing or advertising management.
The 30 minutes a month
Text changes, new photos, price and hours updates, adding a staff member, swapping a document. Small things, done properly, without you having to log in. Unused time does not roll over — it is there so you never hesitate to ask.
